Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our clients' online marketing efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and tools to help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan and oversee SEO/SEM, email, and social media marketing strategies
• Manage website content, analytics, and performance reporting
• Optimize campaigns based on data insights and KPIs
• Coordinate with internal teams for marketing content, design, and technical requirements
• Monitor competitor and market trends to identify new opportunities
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Analytics, SEO tools, and social media platforms
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Creative mindset with attention to detail​
• Experience with WordPress, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools will be an advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
