Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a remote-first position, but candidates must be located in Gurgaon/Delhi NCR to attend mandatory face-to-face meetings once per week at our Gurgaon office.

Key Responsibilities

• Meta Ads Management: Strategize, execute, and meticulously monitor high-performing advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to achieve specific ROI and conversion goals. This includes creative testing, audience segmentation, budget management, and detailed performance reporting.
• Social Media Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and analyze comprehensive social media marketing campaigns across relevant platforms to boost brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
• E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee and manage brand presence, product listings, advertising, and promotional campaigns on popular e-commerce marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, and similar platforms. This involves optimizing content for conversions and managing platform-specific marketing efforts.
• Performance Reporting: Generate and present insightful weekly and monthly performance reports for all digital marketing activities, providing actionable recommendations for optimization and growth.
• Strategy & Optimization: Continuously research and implement new digital marketing tactics, tools, and best practices to stay ahead of industry trends and improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of proven, hands-on experience in a dedicated Digital Marketing role.
• Meta Ads Expertise: Demonstrable success in running and overseeing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), including detailed knowledge of the Ads Manager interface, pixel implementation, custom audiences, and campaign optimisation techniques.
• Social Media Proficiency: Strong experience in managing and executing integrated social media campaigns that deliver measurable results.
• E-commerce Marketplace Management: Practical experience in managing and growing brands on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc., with an understanding of their advertising tools (e.g., Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads).
• Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to analyze data, interpret complex metrics, and translate findings into clear, effective strategies.
