Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and web platforms.
• Plan and monitor the company’s online presence on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search rankings.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and blogs.
• Analyze performance data and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and key metrics.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Must Have min 1 year Prior Experience in working in a Digital Marketing Agency

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and paid advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and email marketing software.
• Experience with content creation and digital design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency or multi-client environment.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).

Pay: ₹10,530.15 - ₹25,000.00 per month
