The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proven leadership in real estate sales. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in residential and commercial property sales. Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to maximize performance. Generate new leads through networking, site visits, broker engagement, and digital channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners. Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and negotiations to close deals. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities. Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analysis for management review. Ensure excellent customer service and handle client queries/resolution efficiently. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, Proven track record of achieving sales targets in residential/commercial real estate. Strong understanding of property sales, real estate laws, and documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
