Marketing Analyst

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing marketing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, with hands-on experience using modern AI tools (like ChatGPT), Canva, and a strong grasp of social media management. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze marketing campaign performance across channels (social media, email, etc.)
• Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT for content ideation, optimization, and automation
• Design marketing materials and creatives using Canva
• Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
• Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Excel
• Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to align marketing efforts
• Support in planning and execution of digital campaigns
• Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or digital analytics role
• Proficiency in AI-based tools like ChatGPT or similar for marketing use cases
• Strong working knowledge of Canva and basic graphic design principles
• Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
• Analytical mindset with knowledge of Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong communication and writing skills

Nice to Have (Bonus Points):

• Basic knowledge of SEO and content writing
• Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Brevo
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)
