Job Description

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Analysis:

    Gather data from multiple sources (CRM, web analytics, social platforms, surveys, market research) and transform it into actionable insights.
  • Reporting:

    Develop dashboards and recurring performance reports to track KPIs such as ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Market Research:

    Analyse market trends, competitor performance, customer segments, and industry dynamics to support strategic planning.
  • Campaign Evaluation:

    Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements to targeting, messaging, and channel selection.
  • Customer Insights:

    Identify customer behavior patterns, segmentation opportunities, and lifecycle trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Forecasting & Modeling:

    Use statistical techniques to predict market trends, revenue, and customer growth.
  • Collaboration:

    Partner with marketing, product, sales, and finance teams to guide decisions with data-backed recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Experience with spreadsheet tools (Excel/Sheets) and, preferably, SQL or Python/R for deeper analysis.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and platforms (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media ads, email marketing).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of work experience
  • Experience in A/B testing, attribution modeling, or marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and data visualization best practices.
  • Industry-specific experience (e.g., e-commerce, SaaS, consumer goods).
