This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Mumbai. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement. Daily tasks include managing social media marketing efforts, analyzing web traffic and performance metrics, creating online marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent communication across digital platforms. The candidate will work closely with the marketing team to improve online presence and contribute to business growth.
Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns (email, social, content, ads) with clear KPIs. Optimize through A/B testing and real-time data analysis.
Collaborate to create engaging, SEO-optimized content for blogs, social media, newsletters, etc. Maintain a content calendar for consistency.
Develop and implement platform-specific strategies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). Monitor metrics, engage with followers, and run paid ads.
Segment email lists and run automated campaigns (newsletters, drip campaigns). Track open rates, CTR, and optimize based on performance.
Use tools like Google Analytics to track KPIs (traffic, conversions, ROI). Regularly report on campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities. Conduct surveys to better understand audience needs.
Work with sales, product, and design teams to align campaigns with business goals and ensure brand consistency.
Plan and promote events (online and offline), managing pre- and post-event marketing, live coverage, and lead collection.
Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify reach. Track performance via unique links and promo codes.
Create clear, data-driven presentations for stakeholders, highlighting strategy, results, and key recommendations.
