Role Summary

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to own and execute our digital growth strategy. You will be responsible for increasing our online visibility, generating qualified leads, building our brand authority, and driving engagement across all digital channels. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, experimentation, and making a measurable impact in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Content Strategy:

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
  • Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines and user intent.
  • Create and manage a content calendar aligned with business goals and audience needs.
  • Write, edit, and publish high-quality content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters).

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement a holistic social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook).
  • Create engaging, platform-specific content (graphics, videos, carousels, stories).
  • Schedule posts, manage community interactions, and grow follower base organically.
  • Run and optimize paid social campaigns to promote workshops, webinars, and partnerships.

Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing:

  • Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Set up tracking, conversion pixels, and UTM parameters for accurate campaign measurement.
  • Continuously A/B test ad copies, landing pages, and targeting to improve ROI.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate spend efficiently.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (traffic, rankings, leads, conversions, engagement).
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and social media insights.
  • Provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

Brand Development & Collaboration:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with the leadership and training teams to align marketing efforts with partnership goals.
  • Explore new digital channels and growth opportunities relevant to the EdTech/B2B space.

Qualifications & SkillsMust-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and social media.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
  • Solid understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Portfolio or examples of past work (campaigns, content, growth metrics).

Good-to-Have:

  • Experience in the EdTech, B2B, or training industry.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).
  • Knowledge of WordPress or basic HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Sendinblue).
