Job Summary

Vianmax is a dynamic new venture in software development and high-end training, partnering with colleges across the region. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and independent Office & Workshop Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our growing team. This role is central to ensuring seamless office administration and the successful execution of our college workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of office administration, including scheduling, correspondence, and vendor coordination.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner colleges, handling inquiries and building strong professional relationships.
  • Independently plan, organize, and execute workshops and training programs from logistics to on-site coordination.
  • Make critical day-to-day operational decisions to ensure efficiency and meet project deadlines.
  • Prepare workshop materials, manage registrations, and handle post-event follow-up.
  • Support the management team with various administrative and operational projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office administration, event coordination, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with college faculty and students.
  • A proactive and independent mindset with strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Willingness to travel to various college locations as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
