Position Overview Lloyds Ventures is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing SEO Specialist to lead end-to-end digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage SEO performance, Zoho campaigns, LinkedIn Ads, LinkedIn page growth, website management, and ensure the Lloyds Ventures brand ranks prominently on search engines. This role requires hands-on execution, analytical skills, and deep technical expertise. Key Responsibilities 1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to ensure Lloyds Ventures ranks on top of Google search results . Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page off-page optimization. Optimize website structure, URLs, metadata, and internal linking. Manage backlink acquisition and high-quality link-building campaigns. Monitor performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Track and improve domain authority search engine visibility. 2. Zoho Campaigns Automation Plan, create, and execute Zoho email marketing campaigns for client acquisition and retention. Design workflows, automation journeys, drip campaigns, and segment mailing lists. Maintain Zoho CRM data hygiene and campaign reporting. Improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics. 3. LinkedIn Ads Performance Marketing Manage LinkedIn Paid Ads , audience targeting, and campaign optimization. Launch campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and event promotions. Track KPIs such as CPC, CPL, impressions, conversions, and optimize budgets. Create performance dashboards and weekly reports. 4. LinkedIn Organic Growth Boost and manage LinkedIn posts for maximum reach and engagement. Execute strategies to increase LinkedIn page followers organically and through sponsored campaigns. Create and schedule high-quality content aligned with brand positioning. Monitor engagement metrics and improve overall presence. 5. Website Management Oversee the Lloyds Ventures website end-to-end including updates, landing pages, content refresh, and SEO fixes. Coordinate with developers/designers for UI/UX improvements. Ensure website speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, security, and uptime. Implement A/B testing to improve conversions. 6. Analytics Reporting Provide weekly and monthly reports on SEO ranking, website traffic, campaign performance, and ROI. Analyze data and recommend actionable insights for continuous improvement. Maintain dashboards across Zoho, Analytics, and LinkedIn. What you need to have/ bring to the table: 2-5 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing. Strong hands-on knowledge of Zoho Campaigns Zoho CRM. Experience running LinkedIn Ads performance marketing campaigns. Proficiency with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, MOZ, Google Search Console, Google Analytics. Strong understanding of content strategy, keyword intent, and ranking algorithms. Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress/CMS, website hosting, and technical SEO. Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills. Preferred Attributes: Ability to work independently with ownership and responsibility. Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven. Creative mindset with understanding of digital trends.
