We are hiring motivated and detail-oriented professionals for a Back Office Executive position to support our client based in Australia. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity ideal for candidates who are comfortable working early morning or late evening shifts and possess strong computer and administrative skills. Key Responsibilities : Perform day-to-day back-office operations and data entry tasks Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data processing and reporting Maintain and update records, reports, and databases Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations Follow client-specific processes and confidentiality standards Requirements : Education: Graduate degree (Accounting graduates will be preferred) Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a back-office or administrative role Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and general computer use Language: Good command of English (spoken and written) will be an added advantage Shift Readiness: Must be willing to work early morning or late evening shifts to support Australian business hours
