Job Description

  • We are hiring motivated and detail-oriented professionals for a

    Back Office Executive

    position to support our client based in Australia. This is a

    full-time, permanent

    opportunity ideal for candidates who are comfortable working

    early morning or late evening

    shifts and possess strong computer and administrative skills.
  • Key Responsibilities

    :
    • Perform day-to-day back-office operations and data entry tasks
    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data processing and reporting
    • Maintain and update records, reports, and databases
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
    • Follow client-specific processes and confidentiality standards
  • Requirements

    :
    • Education: Graduate degree (Accounting graduates will be preferred)
    • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a back-office or administrative role
    • Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and general computer use
    • Language: Good command of English (spoken and written) will be an added advantage
    • Shift Readiness: Must be willing to work early morning or late evening shifts to support Australian business hours
