Job Summary

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Manager, based in Cannanore (Kannur), Kerala, India, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee daily marketing operations, including social media marketing, lead generation, and web analytics. The role will also focus on creating and implementing digital marketing strategies, monitoring their performance, and making adjustments to optimize results. As a key player in promoting our end-to-end digital transformation services—such as full-stack web solutions, mobile app development, cybersecurity, blockchain, and IoT—you will drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support our global client base in achieving innovative growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Infython's goals of digital transformation and client satisfaction.
• Oversee social media marketing across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, and Facebook, creating engaging content to showcase our expertise in web, e-commerce, mobile apps, AI, and blockchain solutions.
• Lead lead generation efforts through targeted campaigns, email marketing, SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, and content syndication to attract potential clients in the tech and software sectors.
• Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with the sales and development teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches, such as new e-commerce platforms or IoT solutions, and support client outreach via email, WhatsApp, and online forms.
• Monitor industry trends in digital marketing, particularly in software development and emerging technologies like AI and blockchain, to keep strategies innovative and competitive.
• Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and reporting to ensure ROI and alignment with company values of integrity and reliability.
• Conduct A/B testing, content creation (blogs, videos, case studies), and performance reporting to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Foster long-term client relationships through personalized digital communications, emphasizing our commitment to quality and scalability.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation.
• Solid understanding of Marketing and Digital Marketing principles.
• Experience with Web Analytics tools and techniques (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with experience in the software or technology industry as a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Experience promoting tech services like web/mobile development, AI, or blockchain.
• Certification in Google Analytics, Digital Marketing, or similar is advantageous.
