We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our company. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Optimize campaign performance to drive quality leads and conversions
• Develop, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media platforms
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and insights
• Assist in lead generation efforts through paid and organic channels
• Stay updated with platform changes and digital marketing trends

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and optimization techniques
• Knowledge of social media marketing and engagement strategies
• Ability to conduct market research and apply insights to campaigns
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and good communication skills

Good to Have:

• Experience working in the travel, hospitality, or real estate sectors
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite.
• Familiarity with lead generation funnels.
• Ability to work independently and manage campaigns
