Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Optimize campaign performance to drive quality leads and conversions Develop, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media platforms Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and insights Assist in lead generation efforts through paid and organic channels Stay updated with platform changes and digital marketing trends Requirements Must-Have: Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and optimization techniques Knowledge of social media marketing and engagement strategies Ability to conduct market research and apply insights to campaigns Creative mindset with attention to detail and good communication skills Good to Have: Experience working in the travel, hospitality, or real estate sectors Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite. Familiarity with lead generation funnels.
