Job Responsibilities : Call on fresh and existing leads to generate interest and convert them into site visits or sales for ongoing real estate projects. Explain project details (location, pricing, amenities, payment plans, etc.) clearly and confidently to potential customers. Handle inbound and outbound calls from interested clients and maintain regular follow-ups. Record and update lead information and call feedback in the CRM system. Follow up with clients generated through marketing campaigns, online ads, and social media inquiries. Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead conversion and site visits. Coordinate and schedule project site visits for clients (especially on weekends). Maintain good relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. Requirements: Female candidates only. Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Telecalling / Inside Sales. Good Understanding of the Real Estate Market. Strong Communication, Convincing & Follow-Up Skills. Must be confident, energetic and target-driven. Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel and WhatsApp for client coordination. Ability to handle multiple leads and calls professionally.
