Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing Strategy Development
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns to reach them effectively.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Campaign Management
• Plan and oversee digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Manage budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to refine campaigns.
• Content Marketing
• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging blogs, videos, and social media posts.
• Develop and manage a content calendar for consistent online presence.
• Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
• Social Media Management
• Oversee the company’s social media accounts and strategy.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build an online community.
• Track and analyze social media metrics to improve engagement.
• Email Marketing
• Plan and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Segment email lists and personalize content for targeted marketing.
• Analyze email performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
• Analytics and Reporting
• Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• Prepare monthly reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
• Use data to make informed decisions and improve overall strategy.
• Team Collaboration
• Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment on campaigns.
• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.

Key Skills and Competencies

Qualifications
