Job Description: Digital Marketing ManagerPosition Overview The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the company’s digital marketing strategy. The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, driving online traffic, generating leads, and improving engagement across digital platforms. This position demands a strategic mindset, creativity, and a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Strategy Development Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns to reach them effectively. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Campaign Management Plan and oversee digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Manage budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to refine campaigns. Content Marketing Collaborate with the content team to create engaging blogs, videos, and social media posts. Develop and manage a content calendar for consistent online presence. Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings. Social Media Management Oversee the company’s social media accounts and strategy. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build an online community. Track and analyze social media metrics to improve engagement. Email Marketing Plan and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers. Segment email lists and personalize content for targeted marketing. Analyze email performance metrics to optimize future campaigns. Analytics and Reporting Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Prepare monthly reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations. Use data to make informed decisions and improve overall strategy. Team Collaboration Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment on campaigns. Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed. Key Skills and Competencies Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing). Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and social media platforms. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of successful digital campaigns and achieving ROI targets. Work Environment and Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and tools. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website management is a plus. Performance Metrics Growth in website traffic and lead generation. Campaign ROI and conversion rates.
