Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: 6 days Work from Office

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 7+ years of proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be skilled in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, content strategy, and analytics, with the ability to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth with exposure to real estate marketing being an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms to maximize ROI.
Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to improve rankings, website traffic, and lead generation.
Lead the social media strategy, content calendar, and brand engagement activities.
Drive email marketing, automation campaigns, and CRM integrations for customer retention.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
Manage agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
7+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house).
Strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, SEM, content, and analytics.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Analytics, and CRM tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and cross-functional teams effectively.
