Role: Business Head
Overview
As the Business Head, you will take full ownership of the sales, marketing, operations, and growth functions. This is a cross-functional leadership role where you will define strategy, lead execution, and performance metrics end-to-end. You will be instrumental in building the team, establishing SOPs, nurturing builder relationships, and driving demand through smart sales and marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who has scaled a real estate or PropTech business and has a strong grasp of both traditional and digital marketing, sales funnel optimization, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Business & Sales Leadership:

Play a pivotal role in setting up and strengthening the advisory function in collaboration with senior leadership. Drive strategic input across the sales funnel, from lead generation to closures, and support the creation of scalable sales processes, onboarding flows, and performance metrics. Work closely with leadership to structure both outbound and inbound sales engines and contribute significantly to revenue planning and target-setting across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Identify new target segments, optimize lead-to-booking funnel, and train the team on solution-oriented selling. Consistently review pipeline performance, conversion ratios, and agent productivity.

Marketing (Traditional + Digital):

Design and lead both offline and online marketing strategies. Run geo-targeted Google Ads, Meta campaigns, SEO, and remarketing funnels. Simultaneously build offline visibility through hoardings, newspaper inserts, events, and local activations. Craft a well-integrated 360° marketing calendar aligned with builder launches and demand cycles.

Builder Relations & Inventory Management:

Build and maintain relationships with top builders and developers. Onboard project listings, negotiate builder margins, and secure exclusive or pre-launch deals that can give a competitive edge in the market.

Team Building & Operations:

Support the hiring, training, and management of sales and support staff to ensure smooth coordination between marketing efforts and sales execution. Champion CRM hygiene, enforce daily activity discipline, and streamline lead flows to improve customer journey experiences. Act as a key driver in refining operational SOPs for project onboarding, client documentation, site visits, and post-sale coordination, ensuring end-to-end execution aligns with marketing-driven demand generation.

Client Experience & Communication:

Own the client experience lifecycle. Design feedback loops, ensure quality checks before deliveries, and build a referral network through satisfied clients. Use clear, empathetic, and professional communication across all client touchpoints.

Performance Tracking & P&L Ownership:

Set OKRs, manage team KPIs, and track ROI on all marketing and sales initiatives. Monitor lead cost, conversion cost, retention, and customer lifetime value. Prepare and present monthly performance reports to leadership.
Requirements

10–12 years of experience in real estate advisory, PropTech, or real estate-focused marketing and sales roles

Proven track record in residential sales closures and builder/channel partner relations

Deep experience in 360° marketing from offline activation to full-funnel digital campaigns

Strong command over tools like CRM (Zoho, HubSpot), ad platforms (Meta, Google), and basic analytics

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage stakeholders, clients, and team members
