We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to enhance our digital presence, optimize our website for search engines and AI chat platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc. ), and oversee content generation from podcasts and multimedia channels. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for exceptional design, strong expertise in digital content strategy, and proficiency in leveraging cutting-edge AI tools. This role involves close collaboration with the sales and management teams to generate industry-focused content and actively enhance the CEO/founder's brand. Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy, regularly creating and updating optimized content including blogs, multimedia assets, and email marketing campaigns (using tools like Hubspot or similar). Establish and execute a podcast content strategy, editing and producing episodes using AI-driven tools like Descript. Repurpose podcast and multimedia content into various engaging formats such as short-form videos, blog posts, and social media posts. Build and maintain an extensive digital content library, supported by collaboration with sales and management teams. Develop and manage podcast guest relationships and content partnerships to extend content reach. Ensure consistent excellence in visual design and content quality across all digital platforms. Manage the company's LinkedIn presence, developing strategies to enhance audience engagement and professionalize the brand image. Regularly produce and post high-quality, visually appealing content, including videos, images, interactive carousels, and written posts. Actively enhance the CEO/founder's online presence through targeted content initiatives. Engage actively with social media audiences, managing community interactions professionally. Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads), collaborating with internal and external teams. Track, analyze, and report social media performance. Optimize website structure, content, and metadata to improve organic search visibility. Strategically enhance the website for discoverability by AI platforms like ChatGPT and Perplexity. Coordinate with web developers and UX/UI designers to improve overall user experience, accessibility, and conversion rates. Evaluate and recommend marketing automation and content management platforms (e. g., HubSpot). Track, analyze, and report website performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Build proficiency in Webflow/Hubspot and HTML/CSS for minor updates. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or related fields. Proven experience in SEO optimization, digital content strategy, multimedia production, and content creation. Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), AI content tools (Descript, ChatGPT), and CMS and marketing automation platforms (Hubspot). Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Suite, Canva). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Plus, if previous experience in creating finance-related content is demonstrated. Creative, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Experience with video marketing platforms (YouTube, Vimeo) and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello).
