Job Overview

We re looking for someone who can take full ownership of our digital marketing efforts from planning to execution to performance analysis. This role suits someone who enjoys experimenting with ideas, understands how different online channels work together, and can translate data into decisions. You ll be working closely with internal teams to strengthen the brand presence, drive engagement, and bring in quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and run digital marketing strategies across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.


• Manage campaigns end to end planning, budgeting, execution, and optimization.


• Track campaign performance and turn insights into actionable improvements.


• Oversee content creation for websites, social media, and other digital assets.


• Work on SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid campaigns to support overall growth.


• Coordinate with design, content, and operations teams to keep branding consistent.


• Explore new trends, tools, and opportunities in digital marketing.


• Ensure measurable growth in traffic, engagement, and lead generation.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.


• Good understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools, and marketing automation.


• Ability to analyze data, spot patterns, and make informed decisions.


• Creative thinking with the ability to develop fresh, engaging ideas.


• Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams.


• Leadership skills to guide and mentor team members when required.
