Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 5 years of proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across all digital platforms. You will play a key role in shaping our digital strategy, managing budgets, and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and growth objectives. Oversee and manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to maximize ROI. Plan, execute, and monitor SEO, SEM, and content marketing campaigns to improve organic reach and conversions. Drive the digital road map by identifying new tools, technologies, and channels for business growth. 2. Campaign Execution & Optimization Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns, including planning, targeting, creatives, optimization, and reporting. Perform A/B testing and leverage analytics to refine ad performance and improve conversion rates. Collaborate with creative, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. 3. Analytics, Reporting & Insights Analyze digital marketing data to measure performance and ROI across campaigns and channels. Create detailed performance reports using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other analytics tools. Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on campaign results and market trends. 4. Website, SEO & CRO Oversee website updates, landing page optimization, and user experience improvements to boost conversions. Conduct keyword research, backlink analysis, and implement SEO best practices. Use CRO tools to test and improve lead generation funnels. 5. Team Collaboration & Leadership Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Mentor and guide junior marketers or interns to improve team performance and knowledge sharing. Manage marketing budgets efficiently to achieve desired results within cost parameters. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing across multiple channels. Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO, and Google Analytics. Strong understanding of content marketing, email automation, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce). Proven track record of achieving measurable results through digital campaigns. Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing. Experience in marketing automation tools (e.g., Hub-spot, Active Campaign, Marketo). Familiarity with HTML/CSS, WordPress, or e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Woo Commerce). Experience managing digital marketing for B2B or B2C brands.
