We are seeking a proactive Client Relations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in client servicing . This role involves maintaining strong client relationships, managing follow-ups, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Client Follow-up & Communication: Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients. Manage inquiries and provide timely responses to client queries. New Enquiry Coordination: Follow up on new client enquiries. Collaborate with the Operations team to schedule and coordinate assessments for new clients. Payment Follow-up: Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients accordingly. Coordinate with the Finance team for payment reconciliation and reporting. Client Satisfaction & Feedback: Enquire and log client complaints; ensure they are routed to the right teams for resolution. Conduct Client Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys and report findings for continuous improvement. Internal Collaboration: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (Operations, Finance, Sales) to ensure smooth communication and service delivery. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, complaints, feedback, and payment statuses. Generate periodic reports for management on client engagement and satisfaction levels. Requirements: Master’s degree in Any Field. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in client relations, customer service, or account management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) in malayalam and english is mandatory. Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities. Basic understanding of finance and payment tracking. Ability to handle client concerns professionally and empathetically.
