We are seeking a proactive Client Relations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in client servicing . This role involves maintaining strong client relationships, managing follow-ups, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Client Follow-up & Communication: Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients. Manage inquiries and provide timely responses to client queries. New Enquiry Coordination: Follow up on new client enquiries. Collaborate with the Operations team to schedule and coordinate assessments for new clients. Payment Follow-up: Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients accordingly. Coordinate with the Finance team for payment reconciliation and reporting. Generate periodic reports for management on client engagement and satisfaction levels. Requirements: Master’s degree in Any Field.
