Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Finance Manager to support key financial functions including P&L preparation, budgeting, invoicing, vendor settlements, cost control, and payroll coordination. The role is crucial in ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly/quarterly Profit & Loss statements and financial reports.
Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Generate estimates and invoices, ensure timely client payments, and follow up as needed.
Manage vendor payments and ensure timely expense settlements.
Monitor and implement cost control measures across departments.
Support monthly payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance.
Maintain accurate financial records and assist in audits when required.

Requirements:

Masters in MBA Finance
2 + years of experience in a similar role is mandatory
Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting systems
Good communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
