Location:HyderabadDepartment: Finance & AccountsReports To: Finance Manager / Head of FinanceExperience Required: Chartered Accountant (CA) + Minimum 3 Years of Relevant ExperienceEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Finance to support our financial operations, reporting, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, and related functions.Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting:Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsEnsure timely closure of books in accordance with accounting standards (IND-AS/IFRS)Support budgeting and forecasting processesAudit & Compliance:Coordinate with internal and statutory auditorsEnsure compliance with statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.)Maintain accurate documentation and audit trailsAccounts Payable & Receivable:Oversee day-to-day accounting transactionsMonitor receivables and payables, ensuring timely collections and paymentsReconciliation of vendor and customer accountsTaxation & Regulatory Filings:Prepare and file returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulationsProcess Improvement:Assist in automation and streamlining of accounting processesSupport implementation of ERP systems and finance toolsInternal Controls:Strengthen internal control systems and processesEnsure adherence to company policies and standard accounting practicesKey Skills & Qualifications:Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, and complianceStrong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, direct & indirect taxation, and financial reportingProficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
