The candidate should be strong in team handling, performance monitoring, and client convincing skills. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Monitor individual and team performance on a daily basis. Train, motivate, and guide team members to improve call quality and conversions. Handle client escalations and close major leads personally when required. Maintain reports, analyze data, and share performance updates with management. Ensure adherence to sales scripts, call quality, and company policies. Build a positive, high-performance work environment within the team. Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Tele Sales Team Lead (mandatory). Strong communication and convincing skills. Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Good knowledge of Excel or CRM tools for performance tracking. Goal-oriented, confident, and capable of handling pressure.
