targets.

Sales Alignment & Coordination:

Act as the primary liaison with the Sales Team, ensuring digital strategies directly support regional sales goals.
Manage MQL-to-SQL handoff via CRM for efficient lead conversion.

On-Ground Execution & Logistics:

Responsible for planning, logistics, and flawless execution
of all field marketing and sales enablement events at different locations.
Manage local vendors and ensure all on-ground branding materials are delivered perfectly and on time.
Track and report the effectiveness (ROI, lead quality) of all campaigns, both online and physical.

Candidate Profile

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
2 to 4years of hands-on experience in Digital/Performance Marketing.
Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics,
and
Graphic Design Software- Canva, Photoshop etc
Skills:
Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and strong communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.
