Account Manager – Paid Media,534
As an Account Manager – Paid Media, you will act as the primary growth partner for key clients, owning their performance outcomes through data-driven and scalable paid media strategies. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Ads Strategist and internal execution teams to drive predictable growth, ensure operational excellence, and maintain high-trust client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Strategy & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for founders, CMOs, and senior marketing stakeholders.
- Lead weekly performance review calls, translating complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Proactively align media strategy, growth forecasts, and expectations with overarching business goals.
- Own client P&L for ad investments, balancing scale, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
Performance Management & Reporting
- Monitor and optimize performance across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.
- Track and analyze key metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and payback period.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend data-backed optimizations.
- Build and present performance reports with clarity, confidence, and impact.
Scaling & Strategic Planning
- Partner with the Senior Ads Strategist to design and execute scaling roadmaps.
- Recommend budget allocation, funnel mix, and audience expansion strategies.
- Audit creatives and landing pages to guide sustainable growth decisions.
- Propose new platform tests, automation initiatives, or optimization frameworks.
Execution Oversight & Team Coordination
- Ensure seamless daily campaign operations including launches, optimizations, and reporting.
- Act as the bridge between clients and execution teams, converting strategy into clear action plans.
- Track task progress and ensure high-quality deliverables before client submission.
- Mentor junior team members on campaign management, creative feedback, and communication best practices.
Process & Systems Building
- Develop SOPs, playbooks, and templates for reporting, audits, and performance reviews.
- Maintain data hygiene, documentation standards, and workflow consistency across accounts.
- Contribute to dashboarding and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Haves
- 4–7 years of agency-side performance marketing experience with hands-on management of Meta and Google Ads.
- Proven experience managing ₹50L–₹2Cr+ monthly ad spends across complex client accounts.
- Direct ownership of CAC, ROAS, and payback targets with end-to-end accountability.
- Strong full-funnel expertise including scaling roadmaps, budget allocation, and creative/LP audits.
- Exceptional client communication skills with confidence in Founder/CMO-level discussions.
- Job stability is mandatory (minimum 1.5 years in a single organization).
- No career gaps.
- Strong educational background preferred.
- Availability to work flexibly, including weekends when required.
Freelancing Criteria
- Freelancing experience must be less than 1 year and not within the last 2 years.
Strict No-Nos (Non-Negotiable)
- Candidates with organizations with a public history of toxic work culture.
- Candidates with real estate domain experience.
- Freelancing experience exceeding 1 year.
- Candidates from large outsourcing-focused agencies.
- Candidates from very large or non-performance-focused agencies.
Nice-to-Haves
- Exposure to AI-driven or automation tools for optimization and reporting.
- Experience across D2C, SaaS, or Healthcare verticals.
- Familiarity with tools such as Looker Studio, Supermetrics, Slack, Asana, or ClickUp.
- Any performance marketing agency with 100–700 employees
Location & Hiring Process
- Gurugram-based candidates only (outstation candidates require strong justification).
- Final interview round will be in-person.
- Hiring process includes 4–5 rounds, with at least one in-office round and one assignment.
