• 🔹 Roles and Responsibilities:
• Agent Onboarding & Activation:
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new insurance agents or advisors in the assigned region.
• Ensure proper training and activation of agents within the stipulated time.
• Sales Target Achievement:
• Drive insurance product sales through the agent network to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to meet business objectives.
• Relationship Management:
• Maintain strong relationships with agents, providing them with ongoing support, motivation, and guidance.
• Act as a bridge between the company and the agents for resolving operational or product-related issues.
• Training & Development:
• Conduct regular training sessions for agents on insurance products, sales techniques, compliance, and market updates.
• Ensure continuous skill development of the agent network.
• Market Expansion:
• Explore new markets within the assigned territory for business expansion.
• Understand customer needs and market trends to customize agent engagement strategies.
