Digital Marketing Account Manager

As a Project Manager with 2-4 years of relevant project management experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the execution and management of digital creative and technology projects, your role will include the following key responsibilities: - Developing and managing all aspects of the company's digital marketing campaigns. - Developing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and social media platforms. - Tracking conversion rates to analyze what worked, what didn't, and why. - Implementing paid search, PPC, and SEO strategies and campaigns. - Raising brand awareness and online presence through digital marketing projects and campaigns. - Planning and executing digital marketing budgets. - Staying updated on new technology trends and opportunities to ensure the company remains a digital marketing leader in the industry. - Planning digital campaigns from the initial stages through to final delivery. - Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. - Serving as the main day-to-day point of contact for the client and managing internal and external communications, including kick-off and regular status meetings. - Serving as an escalation point and liaison between the client and delivery team to communicate client goals and objectives in the form of actionable tasks and deliverables. - Creating timelines and facilitating backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups for the delivery team. - Responsible for budget tracking, profitability, and financial reporting to avoid and/or resolve scope creep, budget overages, or efficiency issues. - Ability to forecast and allocate resources for current and upcoming project needs. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in marketing or business. - Great problem-solving skills.
