Job Summary

Digital Marketing Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Understand client business goals, challenges, and requirements to provide tailored marketing strategies.
  • Conduct regular review meetings, share campaign updates, and ensure client satisfaction.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, implement, and oversee digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, Email, and Paid Campaigns.
  • Leverage

    AI-powered tools

    for keyword research, competitor analysis, performance forecasting, and personalized campaign recommendations.
  • Use

    AI-driven automation

    for ad optimization, customer segmentation, and content scheduling to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Content, Design, Social Media) to ensure timely delivery.

Account Growth & Performance

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of additional services.
  • Present

    AI-backed performance insights and predictive analytics

    to clients for data-driven decision making.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and ensure deliverables are aligned with client expectations.

Collaboration & Team Management

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
  • Guide junior team members on using

    AI tools for reporting, content ideation, and audience insights.

  • Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 36 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Account Management (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Analytics.
  • Exposure to

    AI/ML-based marketing tools

    (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, SEMrush AI, HubSpot AI, Meta Advantage+, Google Performance Max).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
