Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Build and nurture long-term relationships to foster client retention. Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to discuss campaign performance and future strategies. Campaign & Strategy Execution Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, and Design) to execute digital marketing campaigns. Ensure all deliverables are met on time and aligned with client expectations. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices. Project & Account Management Oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring smooth coordination between teams. Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth. Problem-Solving & Process Improvement Address client concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide proactive solutions. Work on process enhancements to improve client satisfaction and efficiency. Role & responsibilities Preferred Candidate Profile: Education: Master/Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 3 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or client servicing within a digital marketing agency. Skills Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required). Excellent presentation skills ability to deliver insights effectively to clients. Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing & Google Analytics. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A passion for client success and problem-solving.
