Job Description

Experience:

Senior Executive Performance Marketing

execution-focused role

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across platforms
Independently manage
multiple client accounts
at the same time
Handle end-to-end campaign execution including:

Audience research & testing
Creative planning & testing
Scaling and optimisation

Manage monthly ad budgets of
10–15 lakhs or more
Monitor and optimise key performance metrics:

CPL, CPA, ROAS
CTR, CPC, Frequency

Analyse performance drops and take corrective actions
Share performance insights and confidently explain results on client calls
Work closely with internal teams for creatives, landing pages, and tracking

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Experience

3–5 years of
pure performance marketing experience
Must have worked in a
digital / performance marketing agency
Experience handling
multiple clients simultaneously

Platform Expertise (Hands-On Required)

Candidate must have personally executed campaigns on:

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Campaign setup, targeting, creatives, scaling & optimisation
Google Ads
Search & Display campaigns (Performance Max is a plus)
LinkedIn Ads
Lead Generation Forms & B2B targeting
Analytics
Basic understanding of GA4 and conversion tracking
