Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the
primary point of contact
for assigned clients.
Build and nurture long-term relationships to foster client retention.
Conduct
regular client meetings and presentations
to discuss campaign performance and future strategies.

Campaign & Strategy Execution

Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, and Design) to execute digital marketing campaigns.
Ensure all
deliverables are met on time and aligned with client expectations

Stay updated on the latest
digital marketing trends and industry best practices
.

Project & Account Management

Oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring
smooth coordination
between teams.
Prepare and present
monthly/quarterly reports
on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
Identify
upselling and cross-selling
opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Problem-Solving & Process Improvement

Address client concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide proactive solutions.
Work on process enhancements to
improve client satisfaction and efficiency
