Candidates with a diploma or course in Hotel Management are highly preferred for their strong operational discipline, service quality mindset, and hospitality exposure. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across service lines: housekeeping, pest control, deep cleaning, façade cleaning, and technical facility services. Minimum 5 housekeeping manpower is required to apply for this job . You must be able to deploy them across multiple sites for deep cleaning and facility operations. Handle manpower planning, site-wise deployment, supervision, and performance evaluation. Lead and coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and service teams to ensure SLA compliance. Collaborate with sales/admin teams for onboarding and transitioning new clients. Manage customer communication, handle escalations, and ensure timely resolution of complaints. Prepare and maintain service quotations, invoices, checklists , and customer feedback/review forms . Monitor website and mobile app visibility daily , and report any errors or downtime. Attend and manage meetings across India , including visits to vendors, clients, and potential sites. Search and connect with local vendors and service providers based on operational needs.
