Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, streamline service delivery, manage staff performance, ensure client satisfaction, and support nationwide business expansion. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, vendor management, and strategic planning skills along with deep industry knowledge. Candidates with a diploma or course in Hotel Management are highly preferred for their strong operational discipline, service quality mindset, and hospitality exposure. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across service lines: housekeeping, pest control, deep cleaning, façade cleaning, and technical facility services. Minimum 5 housekeeping manpower is required to apply for this job . You must be able to deploy them across multiple sites for deep cleaning and facility operations. Handle manpower planning, site-wise deployment, supervision, and performance evaluation. Lead and coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and service teams to ensure SLA compliance. Collaborate with sales/admin teams for onboarding and transitioning new clients. Manage customer communication, handle escalations, and ensure timely resolution of complaints. Prepare and maintain service quotations, invoices, checklists , and customer feedback/review forms . Monitor website and mobile app visibility daily , and report any errors or downtime. Attend and manage meetings across India , including visits to vendors, clients, and potential sites. Search and connect with local vendors and service providers based on operational needs. Support branch expansion by identifying cost-effective and strategic office locations in major cities. Maintain inventory and equipment records, and ensure timely procurement when required. Enforce compliance with safety norms, statutory guidelines, and internal SOPs. Submit weekly and monthly operational reports to senior management. Step in to manage client relationships when management is unavailable. Additional Role Conditions: Ownership of a personal two-wheeler or four-wheeler is mandatory. Company will reimburse vehicle maintenance costs. Travel should align with work requirements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or Hospitality. Diploma or certification in Hotel Management is strongly preferred . Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or facility services. Strong leadership, team management, and client handling abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of safety protocols, audit standards, and SOP implementation. Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Willing to travel across cities and handle operations independently.
