Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team at Clustor Computing . As a BDE, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our IT services and solutions. You will be involved in lead generation, client engagement, proposal development, and closing deals. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about sales, technology, and building a career in the IT industry. Location : Nagpur (Maharashtra) Key Responsibilities : Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, emailing, and social media. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide suitable IT solutions. Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align business strategies and convert leads into long-term clients. Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, and demos to potential clients. Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and industry trends. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics. Keep accurate records of all client interactions, leads, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
