We are seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Executive with excellent skills in SEO and a strong command of AI-powered optimisation tools. This role focuses primarily on improving organic visibility and website performance, while also contributing to content creation, social media branding, packaging design support, and trend research. The ideal candidate combines technical SEO skills with creative marketing execution to ensure cohesive brand communication across all digital platforms. The candidate must be residing in Bangalore (preferably near Whitefield).

RESPONSIBILITIES

SEO & Website Optimisation (Primary Responsibility)

• Perform ongoing SEO activities across all company websites (technical, on-page, and off-page).
• Optimise product pages on www.loverocks.in for search visibility, keyword relevance, and conversions.
• Improve website structure, internal linking, page load speed, and mobile performance.
• Conduct keyword research relevant to wellness, crystals, and lifestyle categories.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance metrics.
• Optimise content for blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions.
• Conduct regular SEO audits and implement optimisation strategies.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge and practical expertise in applying AI-powered SEO tools for keyword research, content optimisation, competitor analysis, and performance insights.

Content Creation, Branding & Research

• Plan, create, and schedule content for major social media platforms.
• Oversee the creation of digital creatives, including reels, short videos, product photos, and graphics.
• Ensure a unified brand look, feel, and communication style—covering visual design, messaging, and tone—across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Support packaging-related requirements, including sourcing materials and designing as needed.
• Conduct research on trends and follow competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (Required)
• Master’s degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 1–2 years in digital marketing

Language

• English (Required)

Skills

• Strong communication and creative thinking abilities
• Expertise in SEO and working knowledge of AI tools for SEO and content workflows
• Proficiency in social media management and digital content creation
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing performance data
• Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively across teams

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS AND COMPENSATION

Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Workdays: Monday to Friday
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru

Salary: ₹2.75 Lakh PA – ₹3 Lakh PA (not negotiable)
Benefits: Complimentary lunch
Incentives: Performance-based bonus

Pay: ₹275,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
