As a Motion Graphics & Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content for a variety of platforms, including social media, website, and internal communications. You will be involved in the entire video production process, from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and engaging visuals that align with our brand guidelines.Responsibilities:Conceptualization & Storyboarding: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects.Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished and engaging videos using industry-standard software.Motion Graphics Design: Create and animate motion graphics, typography, and visual effects to enhance video content.Sound Design & Mixing: Integrate and edit audio elements, including music, sound effects, and voiceovers, to create a cohesive and impactful soundtrack.Color Correction & Grading: Enhance the visual aesthetics of videos through color correction and grading.Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of video assets, including footage, music, and graphics.Quality Control: Ensure all videos meet quality standards and are free of errors before publication.Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video editing, motion graphics, and visual effects.Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the creative team, including designers, writers, and marketing specialists.Adherence to Brand Guidelines: Maintain consistency with brand guidelines in all video and motion graphics content.Time Management & Deadlines: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Skill Set Required:Motion Graphics & Video Editing:Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro for video editing and motion graphics.Strong knowledge of animation principles, transitions, and kinetic typography.Ability to create smooth and engaging motion designs.Graphic Design & Visual Design:Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for creating visual assets.Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.Experience in designing thumbnails, banners, and social media creatives.Additional Skills:Understanding of 3D animation (optional but preferred).Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.Basic knowledge of video compression formats and rendering settings.Requirements:Experience: 3 years of professional experience in motion graphics and video editing.Software Proficiency: Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator .Portfolio: A strong online portfolio showcasing your best video editing and motion graphics work is required.Education: Bachelor's degree in film, video production, graphic design, or a related field.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Creativity: A strong creative eye and a passion for visual storytelling.Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.Compensation:CTC: INR 5.5 Lakhs Per Annum (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
