Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging visual designs for digital and print media.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements.
• Create branding materials, social media creatives, advertisements, and other design assets.
• Present design concepts and communicate creative ideas effectively.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain high visual standards.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design techniques.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: BFA or equivalent degree (Art background preferred).
• Strong communication and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Excellent skills in typography, layout, and visual design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Working knowledge of AI tools for design (such as AI-based image generation, design automation, or creative assistance tools).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design (agency experience is a plus).

Preferred Qualities:

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to take feedback positively and improve continuously.
• Strong understanding of design trends in the digital marketing space.

Compensation:

• CTC: From (3.5 - 5.5 LPA), based on experience and skill level.
