Junior Graphic Designer

Must Haves:

Experience with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) faimilarity with Figma, UI-based design tasks and Graphic Designing.

Roles & Responsibilities:We are seeking a creative and detail-driven Junior Graphic Designer to support our marketing and design initiativesacross digital and print media. The ideal candidate will possess strong fundamentals in layout, typography,branding, and visual consistency.• Create visually appealing digital assets including social media creatives, infographics, posters, and eventgraphics• Ensure strong layout structure including spacing, alignment, grid usage, and visual hierarchy• Apply branding guidelines consistently across all deliverables• Design for both digital (RGB) and print (CMYK) formats including expertise in DPI, bleed, margins, and fileexports• Support UI-oriented graphics for Figma projects as required• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for timely delivery and design iterations• Maintain high-quality outputs while working on multiple projects with quick turnaround
Technical Competency:• Strong understanding of layout principles, typography hierarchy, kerning, font pairing, and visualconsistency.• Excellent color sense with proper contrast selection and knowledge of RGB/CMYK usage.• Hands-on experience designing for both digital and print including DPI, bleed, and margin standards.• Skilled in creating social media graphics, posters, infographics, and other marketing assets.• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with working knowledge of Figma for UI-based design tasks.• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, capable of handling multiple brand requests and maintaining strict color andbranding consistency.• Capable of delivering high-quality exports across formats like SVG, PNG, JPG, and PDF.• Ability to maintain brand guidelines while iterating quickly based on feedback.Functional Competency:• Strong awareness of design trends and creative best practices• Ability to quickly iterate and optimize design based on feedback• Digital + Print media ready profile• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver error-free outputs consistently• Good communication and teamwork skills• Good time management skillsIn order to ensure fair and transparent hiring practices, we are committed to providing equal employmentopportunities to all qualified candidates and eliminating any form of discrimination or bias in our recruitmentprocess.Join our team and make a significant impact on the growth and development of our IT organization.
