Job Title: Business Development Executive – Gaming (Global Outreach)Location: Ahmedabad, on-site About Glitchover:Glitchover is a next-gen platform transforming how fans connect with their favorite streamers through paid interactive experiences. We’re building a space where engagement goes beyond chat — and we’re looking for someone who can help us grow and build lasting relationships with the global gaming creator community. Role Overview:As a Business Development Executive, you will be the face of Glitchover for streamers worldwide. Your mission is to connect with gaming content creators, pitch our platform, build and nurture relationships, and lead partnership efforts that drive growth and engagement. You’ll also coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term collaboration. Key Responsibilities:Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with streamers globally across platforms like Twitch, YouTube, Kick, etc.Pitch Glitchover’s value proposition through personalized outreach and compelling platform presentationsConduct live platform demos and onboarding sessions with potential partnersMaintain strong, long-term relationships with creators and ensure their satisfactionManage and support creator accounts post-onboarding to drive continued engagementLead and coordinate with the sales team to meet outreach and partnership targetsWork closely with the marketing team to plan and execute streamer-specific promotions, campaigns, and co-branded initiativesStay up to date on gaming, streaming, and creator economy trends to refine outreach strategy Requirements:1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or influencer marketing (preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry)Excellent communication and presentation skillsPassionate about the gaming and streaming ecosystemExperience working with or managing content creators is a strong plusConfident in leading calls, product walkthroughs, and relationship-buildingComfortable using platforms like Discord, Twitch and video conferencing apps Why Join Us?Be part of a fast-growing startup in the gaming creator spaceWork with a passionate, creative team that loves innovationDirect impact on how the creator economy evolves Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
