Digital Marketing Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support marketing deliverables

  with attention to detail and timely execution.

• Coordinate campaigns, track progress, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.

• Manage workflows, coordinate across teams, monitor timelines

  , and resolve bottlenecks for smooth delivery.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams.

• Communicate with UK clients, manage expectations, take briefs, share updates, and handle escalations.

• Track campaign performance, KPIs, and deadlines, escalating issues as required.

• Help implement process improvements and

  streamline marketing operations.

• Support documentation, reporting, and client updates for ongoing campaigns.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, account management, or client servicing.

• Basic

  knowledge of digital marketing concepts and campaign workflows.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.

• Team player with willingness to learn and support marketing initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to client servicing or account management in marketing.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and reporting dashboards.
• Ability to contribute to campaign strategy discussions.
