Roles and Responsibilities:Work with organisations working on socioeconomic groups and understand symmetries of demographic data to generate actionable insights that guide program strategy across domains such as health systems strengthening, ESG integration, digital transformation, water, governance etcTech-driven governance tools, electronic health records, ESG compliance platforms, RT monitoring dashboards, tailored for government, institutional ecosystems.Business Transformation: Business Intelligence & Strategic Affairs, Portfolio Management, Operational Resilience, a multi-dimensional competency, garnering capabilities in operational architecture, resilient design, enhancement of business design, program implementation, execution of initiatives to glitch re-solve, installation of permanent experience based learning designs and attempt to deliver outcomes of scale with 4x rate for a long term in a multi-vertical and sectoral transmitting and transforming results.Conduct policy research on digital governance, data privacy, cybersecurity, and e-governance frameworks and support the implementation of digital projects by coordinating tasks, timelines, and stakeholder communication.Implement IT governance strategy and guidelines, and develops/defines functional specific policies, processes and/or methods for general services for organizational units and the business in responsibility from a technical and governance perspective.Work with cross-functional teams to integrate digital governance principles into existing processes and procedures. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential ethical, legal, and reputational risks associated with AI useAssist in data collection and analysis to evaluate digital service performance and suggest improvements. Manage and update digital platforms, ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and user-friendly design.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards related to IT, data protection, and governance. Also, promote digital literacy and citizen engagement with government e-services and platforms. Engage with stakeholders, document meetings, and help develop action plans based on feedback. Location: On-site fellowship in districts of Satara, Sangli, Kolhapur and Solapur district with Satara as central point of location in the state of Maharashtra. 5/5. Non-negotiable on location criteria. The candidate whose first month performance is extra-ordinary and at par level will be exempted and facilitated for hybrid mode depending upon the need and timelines. Ideal Skillsets:• Students & phd researcher currently enrolled in graduate and postgraduate in Computer Science, AI and Data Science, Cyber Security or Corporate Law and governance• Interest and passion to work along with government systems or in evolving project settings with grassroots-level interaction, travel to dynamic field environments.• Designing multiple operations on manifold agendas with KPI Surveys to collect citizen-level data and institutionalize feedback mechanisms.• Analytical knowledge in consulting, Health tech, public policy, development collaboration , multi-stakeholder engagement, resource sharing and engagement, governance initiative, capacity building• Willing to relocate to the job location and explore new geographies• Strong Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Python, Power BI, Dashboards) : Minimal of 4/5• Excellent Documentation skills : Reflection, Presentation , Aesthetics, Graphs, Numbers etc• Work independently & collaboratively in a team environment, strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving abilities.• Candidates willing to work remotely would be considered for Unpaid Fellowship and training for the candidates will be facilitated by experts in this domain with 3-15 years of experience in political consulting, fin-tech, research, politics, policy, development studies including thematic verticals such as HR & Operations, Strategy Management, Client Relations etc• Internship- Fellowship Experience in Consulting experience, immersive internship module experience Government Domain, Social Impact Space.• Operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment by managing multiple deadlines, tasks, and priorities efficiently. We look for people who are smart , can pull sleeves if needed, curious, mindful but sensible ,adaptable and creative in their approach. In addition to stipend, candidates will be provided with daily meal facility and a shared accommodation within 0.25-1.25 km radius of office premises.
