Kshetra advocates for an inclusive democracy and facilitates development through public policy, government advisory, campaigns. We are currently working in social impact in action, policy analysis, governance initiatives, media communications, data technology, grassroots governance, public service delivery, and investment promotion. Our strategy development focuses on policy dialogue, operational assistance, resilient design, intelligence, and evidence-based decisions. We work with state govts, district administrations, educational institutes, law firms, research firms, and non-profits.

Qualifications Understanding of Government Bodies,

• Work on-site in Sangli. Bachelor's or Master's in Public Policy, MBBS, Political Science, Data Analytics, Civil Engineering, Agriculture Science, Development Studies, Law,
• Design qualitative and quantitative studies (surveys, KIIs, FGDs).
• Analyze data (Excel, Stata, R) to assess program outcomes, health equity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Support govts & public. rep in institutionalizing reforms (models, e-health strategy, supply‑chain).
• Present findings to senior stakeholders, manage dialogues, and facilitate workshops.
• Exposure to multi-sectoral initiatives in health, climate, social protection, and tech.
• Familiarity with digital tools (e-health, TechLab, GIS, DHIS2).
• Work with MLAs, MPs, Zilla Parishads, and district administration.
• Provide policy inputs, draft briefs, and track constituency-level development indicators.
• Prior volunteering or fellowship experience (Desirable: SBI YFI, Gandhi Fellowship, PMRDF, TFI, etc.).
• Serve as a trusted advisor to govt departments, philanthropic foundations, multilateral agencies.
• Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders – from village leaders to IAS officers
