Role Overview We’re hiring a DevOps Engineer to architect, implement, and manage the CI/CD infrastructure, cloud deployments, and automation workflows that power our AI-driven platforms. You’ll work closely with software engineers, QA, and product teams to improve development velocity, system reliability, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins , GitHub Actions , or GitLab CI/CD . Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform , Pulumi , or CloudFormation . Set up, monitor, and scale containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS) . Automate build, test, and deployment processes to support agile software delivery . Monitor system performance and uptime using Prometheus , Grafana , ELK Stack , or Datadog . Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated testing and ensure release readiness. Implement and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS , Azure , or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . Ensure security and compliance by integrating DevSecOps practices and tools like Aqua Security , Snyk , or Trivy . Respond to incidents, troubleshoot environments, and optimize system performance and resilience. Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or infrastructure automation role. Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD). Proficient in managing container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes). Hands-on experience with cloud services : AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of scripting languages like Bash , Python , or Go . Expertise in IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Strong grasp of Linux systems administration and networking fundamentals . Experience with monitoring and logging frameworks (ELK, Grafana, Prometheus). Familiarity with Git workflows , release management, and Agile development processes. Nice to Have Experience with service mesh technologies like Istio or Linkerd . Exposure to serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions). Familiarity with security compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001). Relevant certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer , CKA/CKAD , HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate . Hiring Process Phone Screen – Introduction and background check.
