Job Title: Telecaller โ Lead Conversion & App Onboarding Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers (leads) generated through our online ads, introducing them to our products/services, and guiding them through the onboarding process on our companyโs app Pay2Mobiles by Webetechies Private Limited. Key Responsibilities: Contact potential customers (leads) provided by the online platform promptly and professionally. Clearly explain the features, benefits, and value of our product/service. Assist and guide users through the entire onboarding process on the companyโs app. Resolve customer queries and concerns related to app usage or registration. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead statuses in CRM tools or tracking sheets. Work closely with the sales or onboarding team to ensure successful lead conversion. Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals. Key Requirements: Fresher preffered. Good communication skills in English/Hindi. Basic understanding of mobile apps and ability to assist users over call. Ability to handle objections and build rapport with customers. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude. Familiarity with using CRM software or lead tracking tools (a plus).
