About The Role
Manage the Technical & Architecture demands related to transformations within Digital Technology organization, allowing to drive Orange Business toward a future-ready, cost-efficient IT landscape.
Your Main Missions
- Oversee the assessment, prioritization, and alignment of demands with available resources, ensuring efficient capacity planning, cost optimization, and strategic execution of technology and business initiatives.
- Liaise with business portfolios for capturing demands at early stages.
- Handle the Architecture Boards as the architectural answers is a structuring asset to be controlled through a formal demand management.
- Provide feedback on analysis processes & methods with a constant objective of and adapting them to new business contexts and improving efficiency.
Your main activities
Operate within a SAFe environment to drive architectural excellence and alignment at the Portfolio level:
- Attend cross-agile release train coordination conferences for getting business strategy evolutions and enterprise epics.
- Manage the demands backlog, maintaining upstream traceability with business portfolios.
- Maintain an overall knowledge on business strategy, architecture, Orange Business organizations, so as to be able to perform a 1 st analysis and determine teams to involve.
- Lead the analysis of each demand, involving the right teams depending on the nature of the demand: architects, technical experts, operational teams, etc.
- Handle Architecture Boards: Handle the whole lifecycle of demands coming to the architecture boards until decided, documented, and published. This activity includes managing the meetings & facilitations, publishing the minutes.
- Present the coming activity to management along with relevant decision indicators , for allowing prioritization and decision.
- Establish LoE and Cost estimation for all involved teams, resulting in a global LoE, Cost and roadmap.

About You
- Extensive Experience: 12+ total experience with 5+ years of overall experience in demand management role, with a focus on large-scale, complex IT organizations.
- BRMP certification is a key asset for managing the relationship with business entities.
- Strong problem-solving skills: analytical thinking, and the ability to work transversally in a complex, dynamic environment.
- Leadership of transversal projects: Demonstrated ability to lead architectural studies in complex projects or programs, including federating within transversal organizations and driving key decision making.
- Scaled Agile Expertise: Strong experience managing projects in scaled agile environments (SAFe). A user knowledge of Jira is mandatory. SAFe Agilist certification is required. SAFe Lean Portfolio Management certification is a highly valued .
- Strategic Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, with a proven track record of engaging effectively with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
- IT Skills: Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycle in IT organizations and relationships with following areas:
- Architecture: IT architecture, Cloud architecture. TOGAF Foundation certification is a valued asset.

- Run operations. ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification is recommended.
