Delivery Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a high-impact Delivery Manager who can lead complex, multi-stream programs

for enterprise customers. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Agile delivery, cloud migration, digital transformation, client management, and stakeholder governance. This role mirrors the depth and breadth demonstrated in the candidate profile — experience

managing multi million dollar budgets, leading cross functional teams of 40+ members, and

delivering mission critical software programs for Fortune 500 clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary client-facing delivery partner for enterprise engagements.

• Build strong relationships with client executives, technology leaders, and partner teams.

• Lead requirement workshops, roadmap alignment discussions, and governance reviews.

• Ensure transparent communication, manage expectations, and proactively handle escalations.

End-to-End Program Delivery

• Own delivery of complex, multi-year software programs from planning to deployment.

• Manage multi-million GBP/USD budgets and ensure financial governance.

• Oversee project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and change management.

• Ensure alignment with client objectives and organizational strategy.

Agile Delivery Leadership

• Drive Agile transformations and coach teams on SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban practices.

• Lead sprint planning, PI planning, reviews, retrospectives, and milestone ceremonies.

• Ensure predictable delivery through effective backlog management and dependency tracking.

Cloud & Technical Oversight

• Guide delivery across cloud migration programs (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Collaborate with architects and engineering leads to validate feasibility and deployment plans.

• Ensure DevOps alignment, quality standards, and compliance with delivery frameworks.

Team Leadership & Coaching

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including PMs, architects, developers, testers, and

analysts.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

• Empower teams to self-manage and drive continuous improvement.

Governance, Reporting & Delivery Excellence

• Implement structured governance: RAID logs, dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports.

• Conduct steering committee meetings with senior stakeholders.

• Ensure delivery discipline across SDLC, documentation, and quality checkpoints.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15–22 years in project/program management with enterprise delivery ownership.

• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stream programs with distributed teams.

• Strong client-facing experience including CXO interaction and escalation handling.

• Hands-on Agile expertise (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) with certifications preferred.

• Experience in cloud technologies and enterprise software delivery.

• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAFe Agilist / RTE / CSM / PRINCE2.

• Experience with Fortune 500 clients in BFSI, Energy & Utilities, Insurance, or Technology.

• Exposure to Agile Centers of Excellence or Agile transformation initiatives.
