The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding ofthe Indian lending market, a strong local network, and extensive experience in financial managementwithin the banking and NBFC sectors.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Leadership:Oversee all activities related to the management, operation, and development of theNBFC.Report directly to the Board of Directors, providing strategic financial guidance andleadership.2. Advisory Role:Act as the principal advisor to the board on NBFC management, including strategyformation and consultant engagements.Provide insights on market segments identified by consultants and address queriesfrom regulatory bodies such as the RBI.Develop and review risk policies, compliance reports, and other necessary planningaspects of the NBFC.3.
